Eligibility for Refunds

 

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be:

     

    • Unopened and unused in its original packaging.

    • Accompanied by clear images provided to us as proof.

     

Shipping Costs

 

  • Refunds exclude the $10 flat shipping fee for U.S. orders.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Situations where customers are dissatisfied after use — due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened.

 

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the unopened product.

  3. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
